No Jail For Lindsay!!!

TMZ is Reporting: Lindsay Lohan will not go to jail,because Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled the prior judge -- Elden Fox -- only required controlled substances testing from January 3 - February 25, 2011. At the time, Fox ordered the SCRAM bracelet removed. In other words, Judge Fox did not order alcohol testing.

Lindsay Lohan Films Ad During House Arrest

Did she break the rules of her house arrest? She didn't leave her house but can she film an add and receive payment for it?

RumorFix has the Answer: The soon-to-be 25-year-old shot a 18 second ad for Beezid.com for a store credit of $10,000 and an undisclosed amount of money.

The movie actress shot the commercial inside her $2.25 million dollar 3,000 square foot home in Venice Beach-- so some RumorFix readers were wondering if that was a violation of her sentence.

So we called LA County Sheriff's Department Spokesman Steve Whitmore who tells us she broke no rules.

Lohan fails Alcohol Test

Lindsay is due back in court on Thursday and is expected to hear the L.A. County Probation Department will ask Judge Stephanie Sautner to take her out of house arrest and throw her in L.A. County Jail. Lindsay just can't seem to say no, she was tested twice last week(one after her rooftop barbecue) and failed one of those tests.

Does Lindsay need time behind bars to finally straighten up? Thursday will be an interesting day in the courtroom for Lindsay Lohan.
