Justin Bieber is a regular Casanova, but even he admits he can be confused about love!

Justin, 17, was interviewed in Tiger Beat magazine and opened up about love more than he ever has before!

“I’m not saying I know everything about love,” Justin says. “I don’t think I’ll ever figure out what love is.”

Perhaps his confusion is due to his age, although Biebs thinks that true love can start even young!

“So many people say, ‘He’s 17! What does he know about love?’” he says. “And I just think, if you’ve ever had a dog, [you know what love is]. As you get to 11 or 12, you start seeing girls and think, ‘Oh I like them, I wanna see that person because she’s cute.’ You don’t really know the real meaning of love, but you think you do.”

Newlyweds Prince William and Kate are gearing up for their three-day trip to California, kicking off Friday, July 8—but hanging out with celebrities isn’t at the top of their itinerary!

Instead, says a spokesperson for the Royals, the trip will focus on “supporting British interest in California through the prism of their own interests.” Huh? Keep reading for what that means.

William and Kate will kick off their visit with a reception at the Consular General’s L.A. home, on behalf of United Kingdom Trade and Investment. The following day,  Prince William will play polo at the Santa Barbara Polo Club, to benefit the American Friends of the Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry.

On Saturday night, William and Kate will attend a black-tie dinner and reception for BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Arts) at the newly-renovated 1926 Belasco Theatre in downtown Los Angeles, an event that spotlights “up and coming British talent.”

The couple will have some private time Sunday morning before heading to the Inner-City Arts School. Later in the day, William and Kate will attend a job fair for veterans called “Service Nation: Mission Serve” at Sony Studios in Culver City, before boarding their aircraft at LAX to return home.
